Camera Inspections
Sometimes chimneys can be a real problem. And sometimes the reason for the problem is hard to establish. Having to open up a chimney from a bedroom or attic for example, just to find out what is going on inside, can create a lot of extra work, and mess! Much easier to let the camera do the work. The camera is literally poked up inside the liner or the chimney itself. We can watch what's being recorded, live, so can immediately see if there is a blockage or leak or some other kind of problem. And of course once we know what the problem is, we have a much better chance of rectifying it.
The camera has other uses; we do a lot of camera chimney inspections for insurance purposes for example, but sometimes we use it simply to give us peace of mind when we are carrying out a installation. A very useful tool.
